Stokes, English Vernacular Script, ca 990–ca 1035, Vol. 2 (PhD Thesis, University of Cambridge, 2006)
Gloss 11 (23v) again shows a long, open tail on g, although it is more curved than in glosses 1, 2, and 4. The shoulder of r is very round, the tongue of f long, the ascender has almost no wedge, and both tall and low s are used in succession for the ‑sse ending. Dotted, straight-limbed y was used, as was round e but with a fairly straight back.
