Gneuss, Addenda and corrigenda to the Handlist of Anglo-Saxon Manuscripts
Michael Gullick points out to me that the second part (fols. 27–47) is almost certainly French. It is therefore doubtful that the whole manuscript reached Wales or England before 1100, or during the Middle Ages. For the problem of its provenance, see Patrick McGurk in The National Library of Wales Journal 18 (1973–4), 207.
