The Death-song occurs, as part of the Epistola Chutberti de obitu Bedae, in the course of a chronicle extending to the year 1131. ... The list of boundaries (pp. 328–9) is attached to a Latin charter in which King Edmund grants land to Bury St Edmunds, AD 945, added in the lower margins of pp. 327–31.
