Written in a fairly large, angular script, with a thick pen, this hand has ascenders of about equal length to minims and with small wedges. Minims are vertical with small wedges and feet, and no descenders are found in the text. A very triangular a was used for the first occurrence, but the second is somewhat more rounded and has a long curving back. The top of g has a short flick on the left and tapers to the right; the mid-section is fairly rounded but vertically compressed, starting slightly left of centre, reaching beyond the right of the top-stroke, and then coming back in an open, horizontal tail. The shoulder of h is quite angular, and s is tall, sitting on the base-line and reaching up beyond ascender-height with a small hook.
